Need help with PerfectCaption?
We provide email-based support for all questions related to PerfectCaption – including technical issues, billing, feedback, and account problems.
- the email address or Apple ID you use with the app (do not send passwords);
- a short description of the issue;
- steps to reproduce the problem (if any);
- your device model and iOS version.
We aim to reply to most requests within 2–3 business days. Response times may be longer during weekends, holidays, or periods of high volume.
Billing & subscriptions. For questions about App Store billing or refunds, Apple may handle some requests directly. In such cases we will guide you through the official App Store refund or subscription management flow.
Language. Support is primarily provided in English. If you write in another language, we may use translation tools to help process your request.
