Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the PostCraft mobile application (the “App”).

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the laws of your country, to use the App. If you are under the age where you can give consent to data processing or enter into contracts in your country, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. License and permitted use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control for your personal or internal business purposes.

You agree that you will not:

  • copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
  • use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
  • use the App to generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, or misleading;
  • attempt to bypass technical or usage limitations of the App.

4. User content and responsibility

The App may allow you to enter prompts, text, and other materials (“User Content”) to generate AI-assisted outputs. You are solely responsible for your User Content and for how you use any generated outputs.

You confirm that:

  • you have all necessary rights to the User Content you provide;
  • your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;
  • you will review and, where appropriate, edit AI-generated outputs before using them publicly (e.g., in social media posts).

5. Subscriptions, in-app purchases, and billing

The App may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases (“Subscriptions”). Payments and billing are processed by Apple via the App Store, and are subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions .

Subscription periods, prices, and available plans are displayed in the App. Unless otherwise stated, Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period and your iTunes/App Store account will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.

You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. We cannot manage or cancel Subscriptions on your behalf.

6. Trial periods and changes to pricing

If a free trial is offered, it is available only once per Apple ID unless explicitly stated otherwise. We may change prices, billing plans, or the features included in each plan. Any changes to recurring Subscription pricing will be communicated in advance and, where required by law, will apply from the next billing period.

7. Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services (for example, analytics providers or AI infrastructure) to operate some features. Your use of such features may be subject to additional terms or policies from those third parties.

8. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by us and/or our licensors. Except for the limited license granted above, you receive no ownership rights to the App.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular use case, nor that any generated content will be accurate, reliable, or compliant with platform rules.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where our liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it will be limited to the amount you paid for access to the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or are using the App in a way that may cause harm to us, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App from your device does not automatically cancel any active Subscription; you must cancel it through your Apple account settings.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply in your country of residence, except where another law is required by mandatory local consumer protection rules.
